Go Freelance is the freelance-visa practice of Trivup Documents Clearing Services, a licensed documents-clearing company on Sheikh Zayed Road. We are licensed to lodge applications with UAE government departments on your behalf, and we have done it for independent professionals more than twelve thousand times.
We hold a Dubai documents-clearing licence. That is a regulated activity, and it is the thing that lets a private company lodge paperwork with UAE government departments on someone else's behalf. In practice it means we can stand in the queue instead of you: we prepare your file so it goes in correctly the first time, submit it through official channels, and stay with it through every stage until your Emirates ID is in your hand.
Being straight about the limits of that matters too, because this industry is not short of people who are not. We are an independent company, not a government department, and no private firm in the UAE is anything else. Permits and visas are issued by the authorities, who decide every application on its merits. Anyone advertising themselves to you as a "government approved" visa agency is describing a status that does not exist, and that is worth knowing before you hand over a passport.
Most of the value in that sentence sits in the words correctly the first time. The UAE visa process is not difficult so much as unforgiving. A passport with five months of validity left, a photograph taken against a cream wall, an activity code that belongs to a different free zone: each of those turns a twelve-day process into a five-week one. Our job is to catch them before submission rather than explain them after rejection.
We work in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu, and clients deal with a consultant directly rather than a ticketing queue.
How we work
Every consultancy in this market promises speed and low prices. These are the four things we will put in writing instead.
You get a fixed quote before anything is filed. It covers our professional fee and the government and free-zone charges we can predict. If an authority changes a fee mid-process, we come back to you before we proceed, not after.
We are not an agent for a single authority, so the zone we recommend is the one that fits your activity and budget. Sometimes that is a Dubai cluster. More often, for the same rights at a lower price, it is not.
Nearly every application that stalls does so over something visible on day one: passport validity, a non-compliant photograph, an activity the chosen zone does not license. We check for those first, which is why most of our files clear initial approval inside 48 hours.
If your case has a complication, or if an employment visa would genuinely serve you better than a freelance permit, we say so at the consultation. It costs us a sale and saves you a great deal more.
Scope
We do not issue permits, licences, or visas; those decisions rest entirely with the UAE authorities, and no consultancy can guarantee an approval, whatever it tells you. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice. We are not tax advisers, so questions about corporate tax or VAT registration should go to a qualified accountant. We do not arrange health insurance, though we will tell you plainly that you need it and that it is not in our package price.
